Processing time  
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. During busy periods or drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping methods and prices  

Netherlands  
Orders are shipped with PostNL.  
Letterbox package with tracking starts from €4.25. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Europe  
Orders are shipped with PostNL international services.  
Letterbox package with tracking starts from approximately €8.95 to €10.55.   

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

Rest of the world  
Orders are shipped with PostNL international services.  
Letterbox package without tracking starts from approximately €13.65.   

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

Tracking  
Tracked shipping options include a tracking number which will be provided once your order is dispatched. 

Customs and import taxes  
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

Delays and lost packages  
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order is delayed or lost, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Address accuracy  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are shipped in letterbox-friendly packaging.
